About
K.T. James spent her childhood scribbling stories. From short stories to horrendous first novels, she has continuously written - mostly to read herself. Nowadays she lives and works in the Magic City, or Birmingham, Alabama, while trying to revise and publish her completed stories that are, in her opinion, better written.

Over and Done
I still feel stuck and blocked with writing. Ideas are not coming into my head, which scares me that it will continue to stay stagnant.

“It’s a chance to refresh. It’s a carefree road trip with no itinerary — the words just flow. It's about the journey, not the destination."

Celtic Things and Rainbows

It’s the end of NaNoWriMo. All month, writers have been straining to reach the 50,000 goal – or vastly exceeding the goal. How do you feel?

Not an Original Thought
I have never seen a combination of deaf culture and fairy tales. A character who was deaf, or hard-of-hearing, and signed.
